The item is unused and in the same condition as received
It is in the original packaging
You provide proof of purchase
Note: Returns are allowed even if the product is in perfect condition.

Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp. We may request photos or details to assess the issue and will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods
Hazardous or flammable materials

To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
